I’m so excited for my youth today!!!
Today my very first youth cohort will receive their Certificate of Completion at HCJP. I’m so proud of them. I learned a lot with this group and I’ll never forget them!

Every so often I do a revision of Meredith! I take time for me! I unplug… I analyze… I gain clarity… I give myself tough talks… I revise… I set goals… I relax!!! I GROW!!!

I pray… I forgive myself… I repent… I forgive others… I ask God to remove thorns and dead fruit… Replenish me!! Restore me… Bring forth my fruit and let me blossom!

Take time for you! When you’re running low on energy… stop and recharge! Anything running on low is not performing high!!!!!

Today was a great day for the students and for me! Most of my speaking events are interventions and prevention education but today was different! Today I got to talk about my profession, my path to success, and answer questions about my profession and path to success! This experience made me even more thankful because I had a chance to reflect in-depth! I felt so overjoyed!!

The students left full as well, as they were able to receive, share, and question! Smiles lit up the campus and energies were high!!
