This Valentine’s Day, we turned movement into a science lesson ❤️

Our students explored how the heart works by checking their pulse before and after jumping. They discovered that when we move, our heart beats faster to pump more oxygen through the body.

It’s a simple activity that connects health, science, and curiosity in a fun way. Learning becomes more meaningful when kids can feel it in action!
