Believe It is backed by science. The App helps the users create goals with specific dates of accomplishments while reminding them to think about how these goals align to their purpose in life. A customized action plan develops for each user via Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies. These plans can be easily edited to better suite their needs and daily life. Believe It gives the users the opportunity to have goal connections with people in real time who have similar goals around the world to collaborate, leverage best practices, and exchange ideas.
E-Coaching, Motivation and Real-Assessment with key areas to improve on are our features driven by the Psychological Sciences. These steps will empower and direct users subconscious minds to tap into a much higher intelligence to accomplish to their goals and dreams.

Your Skills:
You'll be our main tech lead, responsible for architecting and designing the application, managing junior developers, and building a feedback loop to integrate customer feedback. You need to have a superior technical knowledge to effectively perform your job duties. You should have a strong technical background in software creation and testing, reverse engineering, and various programming tasks. You should have strong interpersonal skills in order to collaborate with colleagues on correcting software issues. In addition, you should also have a continuous desire to learn new things. Technology is constantly evolving, and you will need to learn new programming languages and software design methods as they arise.
You should have experience as a senior developer for number of years with escalating responsibilities and clear skill growth.
Joining the team (Part-Time or Full-Time):
• Flexible hours and all remote working.
• Option for Part-Time or Full-Time commitment. You do not have to join full-time yet, until the company is gets funded and you get a full-time salary.
• You will receives a level equity package, vested over 4 years with a one year cliff. Equity amount DOE. Once we are funded, you will move to full-time salary position with competitive compensation package.
• Full time: 5 days/week or Part time: 2-3 days/week. Equity package will vary from part time to full time. 60 days of evaluation and probation period.
The most important thing is that we have a shared vision.

What you will do:
• Responsible for the technology direction and development for the business.
• Software architecture: develop the architecture of our software solution and App for iOS and Android along with the Artificial Intelligence design.
• Development: hands on experience for full stake development while building the technical team.
• Enhance the MVPs road map.
• Leadership: ready to communicate very frequently and effectively, present to future investor with the company leadership team, build and hire the technical team.
Other requirements:
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proven experience in AI.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with mobile development is required (swift) or similar.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and databases is required.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented development is required.
• Experience with version control (git/Bitbucket) is required.
• Experience with NodeJS, Backbone, NATIVE (Andriod / iOS), REACT NATIVE or similar framework is preferred.
• Integrate with 3rd party platforms and services to pull in auxiliary content, services, and data.
Please note this is an equity only position for now. Salary will be added once business gets funded in the near future.
