Last night, Dickinson ISD celebrated an incredible group of Career & Technical Education seniors during our CTE Signing Day! 🎓✍️

These students completed advanced coursework while earning industry-based certifications, professional licenses, and Level 1 certificates that prepare them for high-demand careers.

This achievement represents years of hard work, hands-on training, and real-world experience. Whether in healthcare, education, cosmetology, pharmacy, automotive, or other industry settings, our students proved they are workforce-ready and prepared to succeed.

Many are entering the workforce immediately after graduation, while others will continue their education while already working in their chosen fields.

Our students are the gold standard of CTE — prepared, credentialed, and ready to lead. ❤️

Tonight, we proudly celebrated our Health Science Pinning Ceremony, honoring the hard work, dedication, and accomplishments of our PCT/EKG, Dental, EMT, Pharmacy Technician, and Imaging students. 🩺💙

These students have spent countless hours developing the skills, knowledge, and professionalism needed to serve others in some of the most critical and compassionate careers in healthcare. Their commitment to excellence, perseverance through rigorous training, and passion for helping others were on full display tonight.

During the ceremony, students were also awarded graduation cords for successfully earning industry-based certifications and Level 1 certificates — a major accomplishment that reflects the high level of skill and readiness they have achieved. Many are now eagerly awaiting job offers and employment opportunities from our outstanding business and healthcare partners as they prepare to enter the workforce and continue their education.

The pinning ceremony symbolizes more than program completion — it represents the beginning of a meaningful journey into the healthcare profession and the impact these students will have on the lives of others.

We are incredibly proud of each student and grateful to the instructors, families, and healthcare partners who have supported them along the way.
