New American home nestled in a heavily wooded property in Magnolia, TX. This was a truly collaborative process—working closely with the client and interior designer and drawing from a wide range of precedent images to shape something deeply personal. Loving all the layered detailing throughout. Slab inspection is complete and we’re excited to move into framing.

New Construction Gas Station | Bryan–College Station

A reimagined gas station for the New Innovation Corridor, inspired by modern raceway viewing booths. Layered finishes create a kinetic presence rooted in College Station’s vernacular, while a cantilevered “hat” floats above the building—referencing James Turrell’s Skyspace to turn an everyday stop into an experience. We just broke ground and looking forward to seeing the build.

One of our 1930s remodel/ new addition projects. It’s a task to add a second story to one story home and make is look original to the house. No worries… we got this! Additionally, the City of Houston is also making the plans match the framing 💯 which adds work to us and our clients. This is the 6th consecutive home they’ve required it. We are getting in front of all of our projects as this takes away from the speed of the build. If you’re a GC and make changes in the field, get the plans updated immediately

Once we got the space demo’d, the GC mandated a HVAC truck line and device review with the Mech Contractor prior to getting the mechanical devices package. This helps make the package submittal accuracy and ease with the RFI review/approval process. Love when a contractor measures twice and cuts once. Saves everyone time, money, and headache.

Site, floor plan and exterior and interior elevations review thru visual full-scale projection. We’ve were invited a couple times and finally made it happen with our favorite Galveston bay house clients. The visualization assisted our clients to make some must-needed decisions.

Millwork detailing, tile selections & hardware review. Our 4th unit in Park Square One. Designed the space to be a backdrop for artwork purchased for generations.

Structural Inspector needs us to match our framing plans with field conditions. No worries, we do this all the time. Love full remodel and additions for these ranch style homes which are all over Houston. We’ve probably done a couple dozen of these for clients and they are quickly designed and permitted.
