We’re looking for a Certified Montessori Teacher to join our Sugar Land team! 🌿
In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports each child’s unique journey. You will guide students toward independence, curiosity, and self-discipline, while fostering a deep love for learning.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
➡ Supporting staff members with planning and carrying out activities
➡ Ensuring that the individual needs and interests of the children and families in our center are met
➡ Supporting all staff and engaging in a positive staff team
➡ Developing and maintaining a partnership with parents/carers
➡ Ensuring the provision of a high-quality environment that meets the needs of each individual child, while having an awareness of any disabilities, family cultures, and medical histories.
➡ Flexibility within working practices of the setting, undertaking other duties where needed, such as domestic tasks, preparation of snack meals, cleansing of equipment, etc
