Kettlebell Swings - 15 reps
Kettlebell Clean - 5 reps each side
Deadlift with dead bands by - 10 reps (250lbs)
Chin Ups - 8 reps
Dips - 10 reps
5 rounds
Try this leg circuit with bands. I’m using dead bands.
Orange = 250lbs
Red = 75lbs
Green = 75 - 110 lbs
1. Squats
2. Deadlifts
3. Bulgarian Split Squats
5 rounds 12 reps each.

2. Barbell rotations - 12
3-5 rounds
