Frequently Asked Questions

1. When, where and how do we receive our items? Announcement items, including frames and some jewelry, will now be shipped directly to your home address once we have received confirmation of your school's commencement information, usually beginning in January or February. Frames will also ship direct to your address. Cap and gowns will be delivered to your school in late March/early April. Class rings will ship directly to your home if they are paid in full at the time of ordering. Otherwise, they will ship to our office and once payment is made in full, we will make arrangements for delivery.

2. Can I order just a cap and gown online? Yes, you will find a Cap, Gown and Tassel Unit under the Grad Gear and Essentials tab.

3. Is there a deadline to order graduation items? If you missed us at your in-school ordering dates, you can place an order online at any time. However, beginning March 1st, there will be an additional $10 late fee added to all orders.

4. I have multiple senior students. Can I order 2 cap and gowns on the same order? Unfortunately, no. Each student will need their own order with each student's height and weight.

A representative will be at your school for an assembly soon! Info and dates will be sent out by your school. Orders can be placed online at highschool.herffjones.com or at your school on ordering days.

To better understand our delivery process, see below:

Predelivered items - Predelivered items will be delivered to your school. If you order by your school order dates, your predelivered items will be ready for pick up on those dates at the school. If you order after the order dates, items will be delivered to the school periodically, typically 3-4 weeks after ordering.

Graduation Orders (excluding cap and gowns) - Most products will be delivered to your home address. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct on your order. Your order will ship once your school confirms their time, date and place for graduation and your order has been paid in full.

Cap and gowns - ALL cap and gowns will be delivered to the school in March/April.

WILLIS ISD ANNOUNCES IN-PERSON, OUTDOOR GRADUATION TO TAKE PLACE AT THE CYNTHIA WOODS MITCHELL PAVILION IN THE WOODLANDS
JUNE 13, 2020; 10 AM AND 7:30 PM

Willis ISD is thrilled to announce a finalized graduation plan for the Willis High School Class of 2020. Graduation will be held at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion located in The Woodlands on Saturday, June 13, 2020 (the original date of June 6 had to be pushed back one week). There will be two ceremonies - at 10 am and 7:30 pm. The ceremonies will be livestreamed by the Pavilion.

The graduation will be an in-person, outdoor ceremony with appropriate social distancing measures in place. The Pavilion has a seating capacity of 6,500 under an awning. In order to comply with social distancing requirements, the Pavilion is requiring that graduation be split into two ceremonies with approximately 240 graduates at each ceremony. Students will be split alphabetically between the two ceremonies (as outlined below). All honor graduates will take part in the 10 am ceremony.

Each graduate will receive four tickets for family members of the same household to attend. Graduates will receive their own ticket. It is recommended that people aged 65 years and older, or those who are immunocompromised, opt to stay at home and watch the live stream.

More information on tickets, parking, and event day procedures will be shared when available.

We understand that there are many questions and concerns surrounding graduation product delivery dates. All products are shipped from our plant and normally delivered to the schools in the spring. Due to school closings, graduation announcement and accessories deliveries have been delayed. We are working diligently to develop alternate graduation product delivery schedules. Except in cases of manufacturer defect, customized and personalized items are not eligible for return. Stock items may be available for return.

Graduation announcements are tied to your achievement...not just a ceremony date.
