Take a bite! A sweet treat will always make your day bright. Sweet treats indeed! I offer a variety of freshly baked goodies everyday. It was love at first bite!

From cupcakes, cakes, and cakeballs, to cookies and more, all of my desserts are made entirely from scratch. (I'll also whip up special occasion desserts with a little advanced notice.) First, let me start by saying that baking is much more than just mixing flour and eggs in a bowl. To me, it's an art; A passion that must be nurtured. I love pushing myself to learn and grow with each goody I make!

The first time I was introduced to baking, was a "Career Day" in high school. I knew from that moment, what I was meant to do with my life. With the support of my family, I'd begin making the world around me a sweeter place, one pastry at a time! I studied at HCC in Houston, TX in 2009 where I received my Baking and Pastry Arts Certificate. Shortly afterwards, I created, "Ilie's Cakes", a home-based business where I've been hustling, bustling, and baking for almost 5 years! Life truly is sweet now...and the fact that I can share that with all of you, is just the icing on the cake ;)
