Hi Everyone,

We are a family of four searching for a wonderful, caring au pair for our two daughters, aged 4 & 2. I am an English teacher and my husband works in the horse racing industry. We live in the beautiful, cultural city of Ballarat, just 75 minutes from Melbourne, with our two friendly dogs and cat.

The ideal candidate would be a kind, energetic and trustworthy individual. Our girls love to play, ride their bikes, read books and bake. A driving license is required as you would be responsible for school drop off and pick up. Some light cooking and laundry duties for the children also required. A reasonable level of English is preferred.

You would have your own fully furnished bedroom with TV, a shared bathroom with the kids, wifi, meals and lots of time/space to relax or explore. Generous pocket money/wage and a car will also be provided.

We are looking for our next aupair because our Ex aupair had to leave for her home country after she’ve spent 2years as an AuPair with us and we miss her dearly!

On the hunt for an aupair (ideally!) or mothers helper in the Sunny Sydney Suburbs!

Our little squad of squirrels (5, 3, 2, 2 and 0.5, and big sister Dottie the dog) reside in Hunters Hill (less then 15 minute drive from the Sydney CBD) and are looking for a seasoned superstar to join us from July 2024. As you can imagine we love a good routine, getting out and about exploring and getting our hands dirty. We have a generous 7 bedroom home with a lovely big backyard and a pool, which comes in handy on those hot summer days. We like to spend our holidays either up the coast having fun in the sun at our family’s lake house or in the colder months, exploring the family’s farm with Dottie our Border Collie, which we know you’ll just love too!

Flexible on hours and start time. As my husband is a teacher with 15 weeks off a year, school holiday travel breaks and time off are available if you please, allowing you to explore all that Australia has to offer. We also plan to do some travel around Australia at the back end of the year and we hope you will join us, if that’s what tickles your travel bug.

Finer details
- Ideally 30 hours per week. Primarily working alongside mum as a mothers helper. The four older children are at daycare/preschool. You will be an additional set of hands/’parent’ as such and of course, welcomed company and joint effort wrangling the kids..
- Comfortable with newborns as you will need to look after the youngest additional a few hours a week while mum works.
- Basic household duties- simply cleaning up after yourself/the kids when you are looking after them. Basic tidying up toys, popping away dishes etc..
- Minimum six month commitment

For Au Pair:
- Free rent- Your own room and private bathroom
- All utilities paid for
- Wifi, internet, TV, streaming
- Access to car + petrol/tolls paid for
- Groceries/meals
- Wage (dependent on experience and number of hours you desire)

Hello futur Au Pair Family !

Firstly, I hope that you had a great day today😁
Let me introduce myself, my name is Manon I am 18 years old and I live in France.
I recently have been struggling searching for an Aupair family because of my American nationality.
Au pair agency won’t take me because they work with the government for visa ´s and nothing else.
So I am now looking for an Au Pair Family near or in CA preferably that don’t mind not going through an agency 🪷
I have two nationality's : French from my Dad and American that I got from my mother.
I have the Bafa wich is a French diploma that allows you to take care of children during summer or winter vacation ( like summer camps ) and more than 200+ hours in childcare in France.
I would say that I 'm a really caring personn who loves to bring joy and happiness around every place where I go. 🌸
But most of all, I want to become a Au Pair Nanny because first of all I want to discover more about the American culture because I have been raised my whole life in France but never in the U.S. and, secondly, I love working with children that I find very interesting !
