We finished the year strong with fantastic performances from our Beginner Band and Symphonic Band at the Klein High School Music Festival yesterday! 🎵🎉Students enjoyed pizza and fun at the beautiful Meyer park after their performances. Way to go, Krimmel Band! 🥳🛝

The Krimmel Band students had an incredible time last Saturday on their outing to Kemah! 🎢☀️

The day kicked off with a delicious Chick-fil-A lunch at the beautiful bayside Clear Lake Park, where students enjoyed great food and company. After lunch, the fun continued at Kemah Amusement Park where students spent the afternoon riding rollercoasters and exploring the boardwalk!

We are so proud of our students for representing Krimmel so well, and we’re thrilled they had such a fun and well-deserved outing! 🎶💙

We have some exciting news to share! Our Krimmel Full Orchestra earned all Division I (Excellent) ratings at Full Orchestra UIL this week!

A full orchestra combines students from orchestra and band to perform major orchestral repertoire together. It’s a complex process that requires coordinating multiple classes, balancing instrumentation, and building new ensemble skills. Simply putting a full orchestra together at the middle school level is a big accomplishment. Krimmel is one of only three schools in the Tomball/Conroe/Klein region to have a full orchestra perform at UIL. Mr. Cook, Ms. Webb, and Mr. McKee each conducted a concert piece while Ms. Arnold expertly guided and conducted the orchestra for their sight-reading evaluation (8 minutes to learn and perform a new piece of music for a rating!)

Even more impressive…Krimmel is the only school in the region that took choirs, orchestras, bands, and a full orchestra to UIL this year where every single group from that school earned a Division I rating!

Our Fine Arts programs continue to perform at a top-tier level, ranking us among the best in the state. We couldn’t be more proud of our students and the work they’ve put in to achieve this level of excellence!

The Krimmel Select Band and Symphonic Band percussion performed at the Klein ISD Fine Arts Festival on Saturday morning! They played Tribal Fusion and the PreHistoric Suite for the community, and then enjoyed a fun lunch out at Chick-fil-A. Our students did fantastic, and we are very proud of them! 🎶🎉

The Krimmel Concert Band earned a superior rating at their UIL Concert and Sight Reading contest yesterday! Mr. McKee and Ms. Arnold could not be more proud of them. Our students have put so much work and time into preparing for this contest and had a wonderful performance. Way to go Concert Band! 🎊

What an incredible day at Baylor University! 🎶✨

The Krimmel Symphonic Band and Philharmonic Orchestra had an amazing field trip Our students did a fantastic job! They got the opportunity to perform in Jones Concert Hall, and also enjoyed watching the Baylor Symphony Orchestra rehearse and perform, which was truly inspiring. 🎻🎺

To top it off, we shared a great lunch at the Union Food Hall in downtown Waco.

Huge thank you to our supportive staff and administration, our clinicians and lesson teachers, and our high school staff and parent chaperones for helping make this unforgettable day a success! 🐻🎼

The Krimmel Band is having a great time at the Altitude Trampoline Park tonight! 🎶🤸‍♀️🍕🎉 We love getting to celebrate our hard-working musicians with some well-deserved fun! 💙🎺
