My name is Sarah Trost, and I provide doula assistance through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, to those in the Houston and surrounding areas. I also teach childbirth classes, sibling classes, newborn care, and have studied midwifery under certified licensed midwives and through the NARM process.
