Decorating Christmas cookies!!

A great First Day at school!! We are off to a great start for a great school year!!

Please note that Sunshine Children's World and GAP Academy will be closed tomorrow November 28 due to a boil water notice for Harris County. We will resume on Tuesday at the regular time.

We want to send a special shout out to Station 61 for coming to our school to speak to our students for Fire Safety Week. The students learned a lot! Thank you Yolanda Walker (3rd Grade Teacher) for setting everything up.

What an exciting Earth Day we had. We started a vegetable garden here at the school for the students. Thank you Mrs. Acevedo for a great presentation and the participation of the students.

GAP Academy Student Council would like to thank everyone for their donations of blankets, socks and toiletries for the winter drive. It was a great success. All items were delivered to The Covenanthouse Texas for teens.

What a great way to end the school day with our Valentines Dance! They had a great time.
