On Thursday, December 8, 2022, the Technology Services Department held their Winter All IT Staff Luncheon. They learned about Password Policy Changes, Protecting Network & Data and was introduced to the new VPN Software.

Also, we celebrated Mark Maxwell's retirement and danced for him. See below!

On Thursday, August 12, 2021, the Technology Services department had the opportunity to come together across the district to participate in the “Quick Start for a Strong Start” Virtual Convocation; which was to build excitement about the new year ahead.

SBISD employees were introduced to the SBISD Core Characteristics of a T-2-4 Ready Graduate. They were reminded of the importance of Core Values; launched the SBISD 75th Anniversary and attempted making a top trending hashtag.

: Class of 2020 Graduations

At the Sept. 29th Board of Trustees meeting, a special presentation event was held to issue awards to more than 30 individuals and teams for working on virtual graduation plans, and then in-person events held at SBISD’s Tully Stadium during the first week in June.

Technology Team recognitions included Petra Aguinaga, Paul Clarbull, Christian Castellon, Gerry Diaz, Allen Guzman, Kyle Mickelson, Nosa Ogbeide, Khalid Phillip, Brent Martin, Eric Urteaga, Roland Muniz and Filiberto Montes.
