Come out and join us next Wednesday for a boat tour down the Houston Ship Channel! A pizza lunch will be served at 12:30, right after class, and we'll meet at the boat tour dock at 2:00. ⛴

We will not have class next week on Monday, May 25, due to the Memorial Day holiday. Our office will also be closed that day. Your classes will begin again on Tuesday, May 26, and the office will be reopened that morning.

This week, our ESL students participated in a classic American tradition - making apple pie! 🍎

Students got together in pairs to assemble the pies, then had a great time enjoying them with ice cream once they were done. Delicious! 🍏

It was a wonderful night full of discovery, fun facts, and fascinating artifacts!

- Want to get in the spirit of the World Cup without paying World Cup prices? Come out and support the Houston Dynamo as they face the Vancouver Whitecaps this Saturday at 7:30 PM! 🔶⚽

- Enjoy a weekend full of delicious food, shopping and fun at the 27th Annual Houston Greek Fest! Located in West Houston, the event runs all weekend long and is popular with guests of all ages. Opa! 🇬🇷

- Celebrate National Museum Day early by taking a trip to the Menil Collection. This art museum in the Montrose area is always free and is one of Houston's most popular institutions. If the weather is good, enjoy strolling to a nearby cafe or restaurant in the neighborhood after your visit! 🎨🏛
