It’s so hard to forgive, forget and let go. But still forgiving someone will only bring peace to your heart and mind. You don’t have to instantly do that, take your time eventually to forgive people. The more grudges we hold back, the heavier the weight of negativity we carry with us. For your own sake! Learn to let go

Isn’t this true??? We want people to understand us so desperately that we forget to be understanding. If it’s the norm with everyone then Imagine how people with ADHD must handle it . This is one of the biggest issue for people with ADHD. They want people to be to understand them instantly. They are not right all the time, but even the times they are right they can’t explain their point properly and clearly. For them it feels, it’s the end of the world and they won’t get another chance. In reality, it’s not always the case, we feel the urge and need to make people understand but honestly they won’t understand unless they want to.
My daughter struggles with her restless, anxious and impatient behavior. It’s not easy to deal with that as a parent all the time but the only thing you can do is patiently ask them nicely to relax and wait. Skipping or continuous talking won’t help them, They will have their turn.

Sometimes it is not about Winning , but it’s about your Progress. Don’t focus on the winning part , focus on your progress towards your goals. It will take time but you will get there. Focus on weekly goals and measure your success every four weeks and see how far you have come? Even the days you don’t want to do anything. Don’t worry too much about it. It’s normal. Pausing for sometime doesn’t mean you are going to fail. Sometimes it’s a healthy pull back. Just don’t give up and keep going! Good Luck with your dreams 😘🥰

It can be very frustrating and exhausting raising an ADHD child. They can’t be handled with regular parenting style. But moms you got this, you need to calm. You are doing the best you can. You deserve to spend some time with yourself. ❤️
