LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT SEMINARS
Starting in September, I will be conducting a seminar at the Barbara Bush Library for individuals who have recently been promoted into a management position. We'll discuss many aspects of interacting with other management that aren't covered in textbooks, especially when you're "the new kid on the block." The title and specific dates will be announced shortly. Many who know me through my deep involvement in music may not be aware, or may have forgotten, that I was a Leadership/Management Consultant for many years. I genuinely enjoy teaching this subject, as it's an important topic that impacts most of us at one time or another.
What they say is true: I'm busier now than I was when I was working! I'll be updating the website below, which I created for this purpose, to reflect the seminar dates and times. I also plan to offer Zoom seminars in the future.
Our blurbs, updated frequently, contain many hints and content on how to be a good leader, and outlines many of the pitfalls that can occur if poor techniques are utilized.
