Study on the experiences and strategies of Latina undergraduate STEM majors
Dr. Gonzalez’ research team in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at UH is conducting a study on the experiences and strategies of Latina undergraduate STEM majors. We are looking to have a conversation with Latina STEM undergraduates, particularly juniors and seniors. We will be offering our student participants free lunch or coffee, as well as an additional gift card for their time.

Our NSM Student Leadership presents NSMTalks: Diversity in STEM on Nov. 10 from 6 to 8 p.m. in SEC 100. 🥼 This will be a panel discussion and Q&A to hear the experiences of members of our diverse UH STEM community and learn about resources available on campus for STEM students from various backgrounds.
Speakers: Ana Medrano, instructional professor of biology and biochemistry, Rita Sirrieh, instructional assistant professor at the Honors College and Zongqi Li from CAPS.
