Join us for another intimate Full Moon Tea Ceremony as we celebrate the fruits of our labor and explore the ways that new patterns create the energy for fresh fruit to be harvested in our life. The energy of this upcoming Full Moon empowers us to celebrate the birth of our dreams and purpose by shedding old patterns and creating new patterns that align with the life we are designing for ourselves.

Can you imagine?
Do you allow yourself to imagine?

Imagination: the art of creating ideas, images, concepts of external objects with the mind.

Meditation can help with imagination. Visualization meditations invite you use your mind as a tool to release or simply escape. As adults life often leads us astray from the “child-like” wonder of imagination, so we can become a bit rust if we don’t practice.

It’s time to get back to it. The sense of imagination steps in to help us envision the details we want even when they are not before us in the moment.

I invite you to surrender to your imagination. When you close your eyes and envision your best life or your healthiest self, what do you see in your minds eye?

Kam has helped me immensely in my road to recovery after a severe accident, be it by pouring a cup of her mind, body, and nourishing teas, guiding through yoga and breathwork, or leading discussions that promote reflection, self-awareness, and empowerment. Kam helps women to reconnect with the earth around them and find the power within to be an integral part of their healing. She is my cup of tea (pun intended); the world should experience her energy!
