So it’s 2020 and time to make those resolutions! Memberships are spiking and people are battling with the bulge. Time to hit the gym, but before we do that what’s going on in the kitchen? What we eat affects how we sleep, performance, and our ability to handle stress. My fav go to this time of year with my clients was ‘you can’t out exercise a bad diet’ and ‘the best AB workout starts in the kitchen.’ I was once told that no more than 45 minutes after eating a sausage biscuit your arteries start to malfunction and can last up to 6-7 hours. You either eating food that causes inflammation or food that has anti-inflammatory properties. So, Instead of looking for the best AB workout start making smart choices about what you put into your temple. I take cooking n nutrition advice from Jaime Oliver and the Gut Health Dr. It’s not that complex everything in moderation and either organic or locally produced is a start. Good luck!!!

It’s sad really how many people don’t understand the affects of their laziness. Throw your trash away and do we really need to drink all those water bottles (put it in a Yeti or any other container) drink with straws, use zip lock baggies, drink sodas?

You don’t have time to eat in the morning, bologna! Here is a cheap fast way to get a protein shake on the go. Egg whites, a lil’ left over oatmeal, some Organic fat free milk, and Carnation insta-break. Tastes just like chocolate milk....if you don’t have oatmeal put in whole wheat toast in your blender to get some carbs.
