When we left the U.S to travel as a family, we were searching for opportunities to just breathe and exist as human beings. What we found was healing, love, joy, and so many moments of decompression that allowed us to grow.

I started my loc journey because I was tired of my natural hair not retaining length, being dry and feeling like I was in product hell.

With us getting ready to travel, I knew I needed to do something with my hair that I could deal with in each country we went to and I am soooo glad that I chose locs.

My hair has never been healthier, stronger or longer. I have developed a relationship with my hair that I absolutely love and can’t imagine not having them now.

Can’t wait to see how my hair will evolve in the next 4 years.
