INNAMORARSI DEL PROCESSO

Quando i tuoi allenamenti saranno intensi e estenuanti, devi dire a te stesso, che non ti arrenderai mai e che devi soffrire ora per vivere il resto della vita come un campione.
Il sudore si asciuga, la stanchezza finisce, ma la soddisfazione di raggiungere i tuoi obiettivi deve durare per sempre.
Niente che valga davvero la pena è facile, ma ogni giorno sei un passo più vicino.
Si tratta di innamorarsi non solo dell’obiettivo, ma del processo. Niente è impossibile, l’impossibile richiede solo un po’ di più di sforzo e di tempo.
Ogni giorno è una nuova opportunità per migliorare e la pazienza e la determinazione, sono fondamentali per evolversi.
Se fosse facile, lo farebbero tutti, ma quando hai capito il perché lo fai e quando hai un motivazione grande per farlo sei a metà dell’operatrice.
Ogni volta che ti senti demotivato o con la voglia di mandare tutto nella spazzatura, devi ricordare perché hai iniziato questo percorso.
La forza di volontà non si trova, si crea. La disciplina non si regala, si coltiva.
Bisogna sognare, credere e agire.
