Alumni of Houston Academy of Cannabis Science passed away on February 27, 2022. Jaylen Mays, 23 was a student during May 2021 with dreams of working in the wellness industry. We extend our condolences to his family. Please keep his mother and family in your prayers.

We're approaching the end of the legislative session and the lieutenant governor is still using his influence to BLOCK HB 1535, which would expand the Compassionate Use Program!

It is imperative that you CALL, however if you absolutely are unable to do so, then Email the Lt. Gov. and Texas Senate to quickly advance medical cannabis expansion!

Yesterday, Senators Cory Booker, Ron Wyden, and Majority Leader Chuck Schumer released a joint statement declaring their intention to release a draft discussion bill outlining how best to legalize and regulate cannabis and cannabis commerce in a post-prohibition America.
