CH Navigator Program Our Civic Heart Navigator Program ensures Texans in the Gulf Coast Region can access high-quality, affordable health coverage in the Federal Marketplace.

Change Happens! "The Right Plan. My Choice. My Care. Consortium" is a step forward in ensuring that Texas in the Gulf Coast Region will be able to access high quality, affordable health coverage in the marketplace. The Consortium will provide Navigator services in five counties in the Gulf Coast Region: Harris, Fort Bend, Galveston, Brazoria, and Montgomery. The Consortium will conduct a broad pub

lic education approach that encompasses: 1) community presentation and forums; 2) out-stationed assistance locations; 3) online interactive support; 4) integration of consistent media and marketing messaging; 5) local Helpline Center; 6) direct mail 7) tool-kits for business and community partner organizations; 8)special events and various other outreach and education activities that result in successful enrollment opportunities.
