Calling all Mark Twain/Longfellow 2020 Seniors! We want to see you all - please participate in our Senior Drive through on Thursday, May 21st from 10:00-10:30 am. Hope to see all the MT and LF seniors there!

1st day of school is coming! Don't forget to read our new procedures.

At Bill Hasse Elementary -Class Rosters will be posted on the front window today at 4:15. If you can not stop by tonight then you can stop by to check out your child's teacher on Tuesday for Back to school Night at 5:30 pm. If you have brought your proof of residency- please bring Tues evening. May be a long line so please be patient. We are so excited for everyone to see the new building! I know the kids will be so excited!

Proof of Residency / Open Late Dates
*Important Information: All students must show proof of residency .

All students are required to have current proof of residency on file. We are accepting proof of residency during regular office hours (Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:00 pm -closed noon to 1:00 pm) Along with your DL or photo ID, you will need one of the following:

· Light bill
· Gas bill
· Water bill
· Lease agreement
· Mortgage statement
All bills must be current and an original statement.



Hasse Elementary will be open two nights from 5:30 PM-7:00 PM on

Wednesday, August 10th & Tuesday, August 16th.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Sanchez family. Dan Sanchez, was a coach at Harby Junior High for years, he was loved and respected by all who knew him. He will be missed. Rest in Peace Coach Sanchez.

I will contine to post on both the Longfellow page and the Hasse page throughout the summer. I can't wait to show off the new building! It is getting closer every day!

Summer Folder Check Party Cancelled- June 29, 2016
Longfellow's Summer Folder Check Party has been cancelled. Due to the move we are experiencing some location issues. We are not quite in our new building but have to be out of the former building for renovations for the new tenets. So for now we are in a holding pattern when it comes to events. We discussed having the party outside, but the unpredictable weather and the heat has us concerned along with all of our materials, sound system, and inflatables are still packed waiting to be moved. We feel it is best to have the end of the summer folder check where we will have all the materials ready to go!

Please continue to work on your folder and we will have our end of year summer check before the back to school night.

The new building is coming along, but doesn't look like we will be in fully until August. We will keep you all posted! Hope your having a safe and fun summer!
