What a beautiful way to close out our 2025–2026 Cross Country, Basketball, and Track & Field seasons.
We celebrated our athletes, honored our track and field seniors; and also awarded three Eagle Award recipients from elementary, middle school, and high-school for their character and commitment. 🦅
The best part of Salt & Light isn’t just the competition — it’s the fellowship. Our families show up for each other, cheer for each other. That doesn’t stop when the season ends.
This summer we’re staying connected — and inviting new families to come see what Salt & Light is all about.
First up: Board Game Day at the library on June 2nd! 🎲📚
Whether you’re a returning family or exploring homeschool sports for the first time, come join us. There’s a place for you here.
🦅One of the greatest gifts of this Track&Field season has been the community that forms around it. The sideline conversations, the shared snacks, the collective gasps during photo finishes, and the way we instinctively become each other’s cheerleaders—it’s amazing how quickly a group of families can grow into a little village.
Here’s to the early mornings, the sunburns, the setbacks, the comebacks, and the friendships—both the kids’ and parents. Here’s to showing up for one another, celebrating every effort, and remembering that the real win is getting to experience all of this together.🤍💚
What was your favorite highlight—on or off the track?

As the season moves full speed ahead, we’re especially celebrating our seniors who are preparing to graduate. Their leadership, perseverance, and heart have shaped this team in unforgettable ways, and we’re rooting for them as they finish strong.

A Message to Our Athletes as We Enter the Offseason
Another basketball season has come to a close—and what a journey it’s been. You’ve battled through practices, games, wins, losses, long nights, early mornings, and everything in between. You’ve grown in ways that don’t always show up on a scoreboard: resilience, discipline, teamwork, and heart.
But here’s the truth every great athlete eventually learns:
Champions aren’t made during the season. They’re made right now—when the crowds are gone, the lights are off, and the work becomes a choice.
The offseason is where separation happens.
It’s where good becomes great, and great becomes unstoppable.
This is your moment to decide who you want to be when next season arrives. Not by hoping. Not by wishing. But by showing up—day after day—with the same grit, focus, and hunger you brought to the court all year long.
Salt & Light believes in you. We see your potential, your fire, and your ability to rise. That’s why we’ve built our 12‑week Offseason Strength & Training Program—to give you the tools, coaching, and environment to elevate every part of your game.
This summer, you have the chance to:
• Build real strength
• Increase speed and agility
• Improve mobility and prevent injury
• Sharpen your basketball IQ
• Step into next season prepared, confident, and ready to lead
You don’t need more tournaments to get better.
You need intentional training. You need consistency. You need a plan.
And you need the belief that your future is worth the work.
So take a breath. Celebrate the season you just finished.
Then lift your chin, reset your focus, and step boldly into the offseason with purpose.
Your next season starts now.
And we’re ready to walk with you every step of the way.
