An update:
Over the last 33 months yours truly (finally!!) lost ~70-lbs (32-kgs). From (BMI) Obesity to Healthy.
For over two decades—despite being fairly sensible and disciplined with my diet, and doing my fair share of jogging and workouts—I struggled unsuccessfully to lose weight. Stuck at the borderline of (BMI) overweight and obese.
I finally found success by (1) committing to small daily steps, repeated over months and years and (2) focusing on daily 500 - 1000 calorie deficits.
Now I must never ever put it back on!

His knowledge of history is stupendous. His engineering and PM knowledge is vast. All his presentations are engaging. His accompanying visuals are amongst the best I have ever seen. His ability to extract relevant and valuable PM lessons & insights from significant historical events is unique.
