The Pearland Junior High South PTA Nominating Committee is pleased to offer the following nominations for the executive board for the 2026-2027 school year.

President - Yeymi Gomez
Vice President - Holly Adams
Secretary - May Robinson
Treasurer - Open

We are also looking for Committee Chairs for next year - Membership, Hospitality Special Events, Hospitality Teacher Lunches and Spirit Nights.
Please consider volunteering. We work together to make all events happen. You will have support.

There are basic responsibilities for each role, but the PTA can also tailor them to our changing needs and a member’s availability.

We also have several Committees that will need Chairs and volunteers. Membership, Hospitality, and Spirit Nights are just a few of the Committees that will need Chairs for 2026-2027.

You don’t need to be a "professional volunteer" or have a ton of free time. Whether you’re a spreadsheets wizard, a creative decorator, or just someone who wants to ensure our kids have the best resources possible, we have a spot for you.

HELLO PJHSouth family. We hope everyone had a great Spring Break. Now it's time to get back to business.

Our next PTA meeting is Tuesday, March 24th in the school library. 4:30pm for Executive Board. 5:15pm for General Membership. This is an important meeting because we will vote on our next Executive Board Officers for the 2026-2027 school year.

The Pearland ISD Council of PTAs is hosting the 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐖𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐯𝐬. 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐒𝐃 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 on 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟔, and we’re inviting local businesses to be part of this community fundraiser.

- Student scholarships
- Leadership training for PTA volunteers

STUDENTS with their parent(s) or guardian(s) can shop for gently used, dress-code-approved clothing for Pearland ISD Students—or drop off items to support other students. 💚

All clothing donations go directly to Pearland ISD students.

Rewarding our students! D'back card holders for the first 9 weeks were treated to donuts. A huge thank you to our wonderful volunteers. We absolutely can't do it without you!!

It takes a village and we need you!
