annual Dance Montage is on Saturday, March 28! It will be hosted by eMotion Dance Company at Bellaire High School. Come support and watch elementary, middle, and high school dance companies perform. The first show will be at 2 pm followed by the next show at 7:30 pm. See you there!!

ASCENSION + MA COMPETITION RECAP 🪩💃
Two competitions and two weekends full of strong performances!
At MA Competition at Waltrip High School:
- 1st Place Duet – Dylan and Megan
- 1st Place in all Modern categories (Jazz, Novelty, Lyrical, Contemporary, Prop, Show Production)
- 1st Place Medium Select Team (Modern)
- 1st Place in all Elite Hip Hop categories
- 1st Place in all Small Select Breakdance categories
- 1st Place Small Select Team
- Valeria placed in the top 10 with her Modern solo!!
At Ascension at Tompkins, eMotion earned multiple scores above 90 and several major awards:
- Coed Hip Hop Champion – Breakdance Team
- Elite Hip Hop Champions – Hiphop Team
- Contemporary Champion and 2nd Place finish
- Open Champions in Breakdance, Hip Hop, and Overall Company
- Breakdance Overall Grand Champion (all size classes)
- Hip Hop Overall Elite Grand Champion (all size classes)
- Modern 2nd Runner-Up Overall in the Medium Division
- Multiple Judges Awards and the Best Spirit Award for the entire company
- Macy placed Top 10 with her Modern solo!!
So so proud of how hard all of our dancers have worked this competition and we are amazed at the effort and growth this team continues to show each week. Looking forward to what’s next!!
