This program, founded in 2006 by educator/public servant Martha Patricia Jaimes, awards fifth-grade students who have excelled in academics, personal conduct, and attendance. The Blue Knights LE MC and Harris County Public Library collaborate with B4E Foundation to ensure each year our program is eventful for our bike recipients.
