HAHS letter to City of Houston & THC — 1940 Air Terminal Museum and Special Event Venue Today, the museum board of directors sent a formal letter to all parties involved with the City of Houston and Texas Historical Commission outlining the current status. At this moment, HAHS is in default of the lease, and must vacate both the terminal building and the 1928 hangar by the end of June

Friends of the Houston History Research Center 📚 board president Mister McKinney and the board members welcomed Houstonians to a free film 🎞️ screening at the historic 1939 River Oaks Theatre 🍿 of their commissioned documentary about the Julia Ideson Library’s 100th anniversary! Thanks to the Houston Library Foundation for their support of the event!
