During the COVID 19 Pandemic, motivating students to take responsibility for their learning using an online platform can seem more challenging than ever. In this new and suddenly remote educational environment, parents and teachers alike must rely on students self-motivation to push them to their fullest potential. And although it can be a struggle, parents and teachers must find creative ways to hold students accountable for their own outcomes needed to reach success.

Homeschool, Group Homeschool, and Co-op Homeschool is legal in Texas. Texas ranks #47 in our educational system, and with threats of additional cuts in funding, students in many districts could suffer from inadequate resources. Educate yourself about homeschooling in Texas so that you can make the best learning choices for your child.

The Texas Education Agency states that a parental right to opt a child out of STAAR doesn’t exist. Section 26.010 of the Texas Education Code says, “A parent is not entitled to remove the parent’s child from a class or other school activity to avoid a test.” Yet some parents find a way to do it. Would you?

I was browsing and ran across this comment: "Most students today are electronically driven, and lack the ability to interpret information off of a textbook page with any degree of accuracy." ; and I wondered if this was good or bad...our kids now cannot learn anything from a book?

Helping Learners Pass The Classes That Count

Over the years of working with many students, we found that the greatest learning struggles come from whether a student was able to retain knowledge of taught fundamental principles.

We work with students to help them recall their elementary building blocks and learn how to apply them as they advance in learning.

Our aim is to change the culture of education for our kids in Texas...and around the nation!
