In this video, Bruno Santilli talks about how to identify your life purpose using the SMART methodology (Specifics, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-Bound).
First, you have to start by asking yourself: Who am I? Figure out some of the things you love and enjoy in life.
Second, you have to ask yourself the following: What am I here to do? Figure out some of the things you would like to accomplish in life. For example, what do you want to be remembered for?
Third, ask yourself how am I going to do it? Figure out if your life aspirations are actually achievable. It's easy for us to get caught up in the rat race without even living an achievable purpose. For example, making money in itself is not a life purpose. Conversely, using money as a tool to live your life purpose is a more achievable and fulfilling approach.
Fourth, make sure your life purpose is realistic. This helps keep yourself in check. Also, make sure you are living your life purpose not somebody else's life purpose.
Lastly, figure out the best timing to work on identifying your life purpose. This could be vacation time you solely take to focus on exploring and identifying your life purpose.
