Looking for a donor.. share your spare
One. Year of Peritoneal Dialysis.. waiting for a kidney donor
My blood type is O+ and I am listed at St. Luke in Houston, Texas! It warms my heart to know that you have taken your time to read about my condition. Thank you!
There are a few important things I believe you want to know about me, but I want you to know that I would like to learn about you too. Here I will share my story and then you write back and tell me just what love inside you led you to consider becoming an altruistic living donor. It is a very loving and kind thing to do and I want to know where that love in you came from. I am 34 years old, marrie

My Corona virus/ Covid Battle Day 3
I received 3 more rounds of the the steroids. It had me feeling strong and confident. Like I can take on the world. They are adjusting my blood pressure medication and it had my stomach feeling tingly. Also I received another round of antiviral. They had a really hard time getting my blood for lab work. It took 4 nurses to come and look at my veins only 2 attempted to stick me. The one that studied and studied, then carefully make a stick , was the one that got it. I liked her. I'm ready to go home, but I still have to taper off the oxygen. And remember... I'm looking for a Kidney-Share your spare.

My Corona virus/ Covid Battle : Day 2
Severe Body aches, sweating, headaches and rumblings in the chest. They gave me 1round of steroids every 8 hours and 1round of antiviral. Due to my chronic illness , the doctors decided to run my therapy for 12 hours today. To combat my boredom and lack of ability to rest, I listened to the only music that soothes me... Al Green and Otis Redding. I was giving tylenol for my aches and self massage was the only kind available. Breakfast Lunch & Dinner is always served piping hot and delicious. ( no shade) If I wasn't sick I would like it here. Lol. All of my nurses are really nice. They are smart too. They found out that I know my stuff and a few are intimidated. .. Oh well 🤷🏾♀️.

My Corona VIRUS/ COVID Battle
Saturday morning I woke up with a fever. Checked it it was 103.2. I took tylenol and brought it down, with pedialyte frozen pop too. but when I would get up to go to the bathroom or kitchen, I was running out of breath . My house is not that big to where a bathroom trip is strenuous. So I knew something was wrong. As the day went on and going into the night, I realized that I wasn't getting any better and that most likely I won't get any sleep/ rest. I had been telling my sister about how I had been feeling the whole day. She suggested an ER visit. I thought about it and after about and hour, I took her on her offer to drive me there. I didn't know exactly what was the cause of my discomfort, all I knew was I had a fever, shortness of breath, nausea , and body aches. I had recently gotten other vaccines so I thought that this was overlying side effects. They took me back promptly and checked my vitals... from what they saw I was a keeper. They brought me back immediately and gave me oxygen.
They gave me a chest X ray and a breathing treatment. They had given me a Covid Test upon arrival and the result were in. "Ms. Tyler you have tested positive for Covid and due to you having other health problems we will need to admit you"
..
In the ER they gave me 2 rounds of steroids and a round of antibiotics. They also addressed my other issues with high potassium and low blood. For that I got a starchy drink and a blood transfusion.
Then I was placed in a room.
Once I was in my room the Dialysis nurse came in and started my treatment.
I also received remsedivir
