9 Reasons Why You Want to Start a Business
But Never Start

Fear of Failure- For many people, if you fail at something, then that means that you have been given a lifelong sentence of knowing that you are not good enough and will never be enough, so it’s much easier to play it safe. Of course, entrepreneurs know that it is only through failure that you gain your ultimate success. In fact, to have massive success in life then make sure you fail at least half the time.

Fear of going broke- Is your regular job all that safe? Or do you have the illusion that your job will always be safe? What if the boss has a bad day, or you do? What if the powers that be decide that they don't need you anymore? Entrepreneurs know that true security and success comes from themselves and not other people.

Fear of failing your family- So you keep your job because you don’t want to put them at risk. But if you’re not doing what you know you can do, to improve the lives of those you care about, is that not in a way failing them and failing yourself.

Fear of the unknown- It’ so much easier to take the clear road even though it is very unfulfilling. When you go down an unknown path, you have to deal with uncomfortable feelings and emotions sometimes. Entrepreneurs know though, that the unknown has great opportunities if only you show the faith to stumble a bit in the dark.

Fear of not being good enough- Join the Club! It’s probably one of the biggest fears there is. We're always comparing ourselves to others, and it can be quite depressing since we will always be lacking in something compared to someone else at times. Entrepreneurs know though, that the key is to focus on your race and improve little by little each day.

Fear of Success- Surprising but true, people sometimes are afraid that the people they are friends with will not like them as much if they have success. They may say things like you have changed, that you don’t think or do the same things anymore. Entrepreneurs know that when you rise in levels, you sometimes shed those who are at a lower vibration but find others just like you who are going on the same journey you are

Fear of the criticism of others- It’s always hard to do things outside of what the mass mind says we should do, that we should conform. However, most people who criticize others, do so to distract from criticizing themselves. Entrepreneurs know that the losers in the world, spend their time destroying others instead of creating things for others.

Fear of selling- A lot of us picture selling as like trying to sell expensive products to 85-year-old elderly people who don’t need them. In reality, if you are a successful entrepreneur, then you realize that the quality of your products and services will really help them, and so being able to sell well is being able to help others well.

Fear of being different- It's locked into our biology to conform and to stay in a pack as it was not good for us 100000 years ago to be out on our own in the primitive wild. Entrepreneurs know though that it is only by being your authentic self, that your true light will come through, and that being different means that you are being true to your mission here on earth.

Remember, business success starts from the inside out, and not the outside in.

You never launch your business

Because people will know….

The Truth….

That you are a FRAUD
That they will see right through you
That they will know that you didn’t go to school for this
That they know that so many people can do this better than you
And paying you money…
You can hear their laughter’s already

No matter how many business and self-help info you consume
No matter how many gurus you follow
Or Seminars you attend (Sorry if walking on hot coals didn’t work for you)
That all of the happy affirmation’s and positive self-talk
Never worked for you
You Wonder...

Why does it work for others but not for me?
Why can’t I get my imposter syndrome out of my head?

Let me give you some real talk if I may
From a point of view
Of someone who has traveled this road…
ME

First, let me wake you up from your delusions
When you worry that others will see you as a fraud
Let’s assign that blame to the only person thinking that...
YOU.

You see I hate to break it to you but you’re not that important
Sure, we think about ourselves and our problems 99% of the time
But then we think, that others are thinking about us too...
In roughly the same percentage, because after all
“Were Special”

Of course, 99% of the time they’re not thinking of you at all
Cause like you, they're too busy thinking of themselves
Because we are all at the center of our own little universes, Arent We?

So, when we worry about being a fraud
Let's be honest and look into ourselves.

When you worry that they will see right through you
It’s not that they will see right through you
Rather, It’s your fear that your shadow
The parts of you that are deeply flawed
That you are ashamed of
Will be exposed
That they will “know” the real you.

Of course, the only one who can see your shadow is you
And your fear of being found out
Is in reality
You failing to accept yourself
The good and the bad

When You stop wasting your energy
From trying to hide your shadow from others
And accept who you are
Understanding, that from the ashes of your flaws
Laid the foundation of the person you are today

Then the feelings of being a fraud will diminish greatly
When starting a business,
Because you are no longer
Being a fraud to yourself.

Starting a Business

Why you never start in the first place

Starting a Business,
Leaving The Rat Race
Owning Your Future

You've read the business books. Then read some more books.
Then you needed to prepare more to be prepared, so you read some more.

If I just keep reading, then I will find that magic piece of info.
That Magic key that other people have that I don’t.

Hmm, I’m still stuck.
Maybe, it’s something else?

Let me read some self-help books, Let me follow some “gurus’
What do they know that I don’t?

Wow! There is so much more that I don’t know, so let me keep reading.
Let me keep following other people.
Let me just be prepared as much as possible.

Now it’s 6 months later, and I still haven’t done anything.
I don’t understand, why am I stuck?
Other people seem to be successful. Why can’t I get started? Why do I get sidetracked?
Let me keep researching, so when I decide to jump, I will know all I need to know, so it will be clear sailing.

It’s a year later. I’m still stuck in my job.
I know I can do better. I know I have some greatness in me, but why has nothing changed?

What don’t I know that other people know?
It just never seems like the right time.
It’s hard to go to sleep, these thoughts just keep me awake, like I'm wasting my life.

So, you know that starting a business is a true pathway to lifestyle freedom.

Owning your future.
Taking care of your family.
Making a difference in the world.
Becoming the person that you know you can be.

But you are still where you are at and you don’t understand, even though there is a part of you that KNOWS that YOU can DO this.

Let me give you some quick tips and a reality check.

The people who are the most successful are not necessarily better than you at something, it’s that they simply believe in themselves more. I mean there are plenty of “droolers” out there who are successful. Well the reason why, is that they believe in themselves and you don’t.

Intelligence has a very low connection with being successful, it's about what is going on inside between your two ears. If you think you are smart, I suggest you remove that vanity, because it’s not going to help you in getting started, in fact, it will probably keep you from getting started.

You need to stop acting like a child because you think reading all the info in the world will remove any fears, insecurities, anxieties, and stresses once and for all when you start a business. Well, guess what, IT WON’T.

The self-help industry never really tells you this, when they ask you to buy their books and courses, but…

You never reach a point where you don’t have to deal with the head trash.
The feelings of not being good enough.
That others are more talented than you.
That you can’t figure it out.

Those feelings will always be there, but people with elite mindsets, are simply using tools and strategies to deal with it daily, which anyone can learn.

You see, your success in life is not determined by exterior things, your success will always be a direct reflection of what is going on inside of you.

Money problems are personal issues.
Business problems are personal issues.
Relationship problems are personal issues.
Life Problems are personal issues.

Successful entrepreneurs know this. They also know, that success isn’t based on tactics and strategies, and wealth isn’t based on money. Instead, they know that Success and Wealth is based on what is going in between your two ears.

So just reflect upon this.
Try to be real with yourself.

Give yourself a day when you’re not distracting or drugging yourself with endless information.

Heck, give yourself an hour where you just in silence with your thoughts and nothing else.

You might learn far more in that period of simple reflection, then the crack co***ne of all of the information in the entire world.

What is a chasm is only a crack...

We look at others and may think to ourselves, how did they accomplish so much? How far must have they traveled to get where they are? How do they have so many skills and abilities? How are they able to do so many things well?

The distance between ourselves and the people that we may aspire to be, or the best version of ourselves, may seem to be a gaping chasm as if you were staring across the grand canyon, a seemingly impossible leap to make it across.

But this is only an illusion in our mind's eye, for the distance between ourselves now, and where we want to go, is in fact not a chasm, but a sidewalk crack. It's just that our mind plays tricks on us, making us think that the task is enormous when in reality you simply have to be willing to walk the first step.

Think of it like lifting a weight, you may want to lift a certain weight but at the time it seems impossible since you are so far away from getting anywhere close to accomplishing it. The key though is to not look at that seemingly impossible weight, but only the first step that you need to do, to be able to lift the weight, which is merely to start by lifting that first lighter weight.

What happens though is that you adapt to it. Your body gets used to the lighter weight, so then you can lift a heavier weight, and so on and so on, until one day you are able to lift that heavy weight that seemed impossible. Then when you get there, you shake your head and realize, It wasn't that big of a deal, all I had to do was to start the process, and as I did so, it made my final goal more obtainable and possible.

The same concept can be found in life. People were not born with all the skills they have today, they were not able to do many things at once, with great fluidity and ease, but instead they simply adapted, by doing one thing at a time, getting better and doing it faster, and then combining a similar skill to it and building on it every day, until one day in the future, they are able to be skilled at doing a variety of different things.

They realized that for every step they took, that chasm looked more and more like a crack. They realized that their mind was only fooling them and that by simply having the faith to start and to realize that by just expanding their capabilities a little every day, will they be able to build something great over the long term.

Think about it. Is what you want really a huge chasm, or do you simply need to take that first step, show some faith in the process, and realize that it wasn't that a big of a deal after all.

There is NO WAY, there is only YOUR WAY!

So much noise. So many talking heads. So many books. So many advertisements. So many people spouting off nonsense like parrots. It's like an endless sea of stupidity without end.

Do this.
Do that.
This is the right way to live
This is the way you should view the world

People get fooled into following the noise. They keep searching for something that will make them whole, and they keep trying on new ideas, like new suits so to speak. At first, it feels good to wear it, but over time it loses its luster.

Then when they look for the next shiny toy.
The next philosophy or big idea.
The next fad.
Trying over and over to find something that works for you.

Then sometimes people cling to something so hard, that they get defensive when other people point out its flaws as if they are being attacked personally. They cling harder to it, cling harder to anything that allows them to feel like they have a core, a center to hold on to.

But again, no matter how many shiny toys they accumulate or philosophies they hold on to, it never quite seems to all fit, that something is not quite right, like a scratch in the back of their mind.

You see people get confused, myself included sometimes. We see people say certain things and then we see mass amounts of people parroting these thoughts, and then we feel like we want to belong to it, for its lonely being on the outside looking in.

But what if I told you that those people following along, are lost in the wilderness, but that they just don't know it yet. They are searching for a core that they can hold on to, something that puts the whole puzzle together.

The answer, however, is not looking for the answer outward, in the mass hysteria of other people, copying other people. it is looking for the answer inward. For we have the key inside ourselves to unlock what is truly best.

The key is understanding, that you are unique, and to try to copy someone else's way, is to deny your own greatness that you always have in you, that others may try to take from you.

People who say, that "this is the way" are fools, for there is no "the way". When you live your life in your way, that truly connects to you, then you will feel something that you haven't felt in a long time, and that's being alive.

So shut out the noise, shut out the mass mind, don't get dragged along like other sheep, instead wake up into your own greatness, and find your way, for your way is truly the best way for you.

Are you not seeing the INVISIBLE GORILLA in your life?

There was a famous experiment that showed how people can be so distracted on something, that they can literally miss seeing a gorilla walk through a group of people. If curious of the experiment I will put a link below, but in summary 50% of people will not even notice it because they're so focused on something else going on in the scene

This experiment is a very good example of how being in a sea of never-ending distractions from literally the moment we wake up, to the moment we fall asleep, causes us to miss the most obvious things, that may be damaging, to our personal development journey and the relationships we have with the most important people we have in our lives.

For many of us the first thing we do when we wake up, is checking our phones. Seeing our Facebook notifications. Checking our Emails. Checking the internet to see what crazy stuff is going on in the country, and so on.

We automatically, quickly, and willingly start a day getting distracted and going into reaction mode. This open-loop continues throughout the day, as life throws us more things we need to react to, from our jobs to family issues, to stupidity issues dealing with other fools in our lives and so on.

Then we check the news again, check our phones again, check our email again, over and over and over again.

Then we finally get home and we wonder why we are so freaking exhausted, even if we did get a decent nights sleep.

You see we get so distracted and so exhausted by all of the distractions that go on in our life, that we start to miss the obvious things that, are the most important to us.

Are You Connecting with our friends like you use to?
Are You Connecting with our loved ones like you use to?
Are You Connecting to life like you use to?

Most Importantly,

Are you Connecting to Yourself like you use to?

You see when things breakdown, it's usually very slow and subtle. You barely notice at first, then you get caught up in all of the distractions and noise, and don't notice when things breakdown further.

But then before you know it, you get to a point in life, where you realize that something is really wrong and you ask yourself, how the hell did it get to this point? How did I miss this?

You see, it's actually quite easy to miss the INVISIBLE GORILLA that walks past you every day, just like in the experiment, but there is a solution to this.

First, do yourself a favor, when you wake up, don't look at your phone or the internet, like a ju**ie, instead carve out time for yourself to be alone in your thoughts. This can be in the form of meditation or taking a walk.

It is important to carve out space where you can detach from the distractions of the outside world, and connect with yourself, for if you are disconnected from yourself then you will be disconnected in your life.

Second, ask yourself, what things can I do in my life today, to reduce distractions and the noise? Do I really need to check my phone 100 times a day, or my emails every 5 minutes, or see what headlines Fox and CNN News has put up now.

Third when you get home, make sure the work stays at work, for how you recover each day is key in being able to reengage successfully day after day.

Fourth, don't check the emails anymore after a certain time. When you have family time, shut the damn phones off for 30 minutes or an hour or whatever. Focus on the things that are truly important to you.

Lastly, an hour before you go to sleep shut the internet off, and make a review of how the day went. Think about anything that you noticed throughout the day, that maybe you have missed before. Give yourself the space to think freely without distraction and write down your thoughts.

Doing some basic things like this in your life will allow you to see the INVISIBLE GORILLA in your life that you may have missed before, and allow you to focus on the things that are truly important and matter to you and your family the most.
Here is a link to INVISIBLE GORILLA experiment (Remember 50% of people missed this)

The Monkey Business Illusion

Its not that you CAN"T its that you WON"T.

I can't do this today. I can't control myself. I can't take dealing with this person. I can't stand how this makes me feel. I can't take time off. I can't deal with this anymore. I can't I can't I can't.

Nothing is more harmful to us in our personal growth and development of a person, then outsourcing our responsibilities and results in life, to outside people, events, or forces.

Yet we do this more often then we think, and often we don't even realize it. You see it's not surprising, since we have all been conditioned for a long time to look for outside things to validate our success and happiness in life (The marketers know this, just look at the holiday commercials coming up)

In being conditioned to needing outside things to gain us our happiness and self worth in life, we have also been conditioned by ourselves to outsource our ability to thrive in life to these same outside forces, by using the self defeating words I Can't.

When you say I can't do this today, you often con yourself, by saying some outside event made it impossible, but in reality the vast majority of the time, you simply didn't make it a priority in your life to do it today.

When you say I can't control myself, is it really that you can't control yourself? Is there some mystical magical force that compels you to go for that last donut, that last drink, that last outburst, or do you simply choose to outsource your control to fantasy forces, that take you off the hook.

I mean ask yourself, in these situations, if something really bad was to happen if you didn't control yourself, would you be more likely to control yourself? Of course, so it's not that you can't, it's that you won't because it's not important enough for you to stop.

I can't take dealing with this person. Why? Because he is a fool? The world has so many fools in it, but do you know who the biggest fool is when you allow this person to effect you? It's you. By saying that this person makes me feel a certain way, you admit that in the end, that you are simply a puppet on a string, controlled by a fool.

It's not that you can't deal with this person, it's that you won't deal with this person in a way that keeps you in control. (After all, would you get upset if a 4 year old child made fun of you?)

When you say I can't you are saying that you live life in an external locus of control, which means that you are constantly in the control of, and reacting to outside forces. This is no way to live life successfully, yet many people are happy to feel this way and play the role of the victim, and ask others to pity them for their hardships.

When you say I won't do something, at least by using that word, you are taking personal responsibility and ownership over a situation. Your not blaming some outside thing, rather you are making a personal choice.

People who take responsibility for themselves and their decisions live with an internal locus of control. That they are the true architect of their lives, and not anyone else. Can you guess which view of the world successful people use?

So remember in order to Master Yourself so you can Own Your Future, ask yourself, are you saying too often the words "I can't" and outsourcing your responsibility and success to others, or are you taking true ownership of my own life by being the hero of my story instead of the victim.

So what do you think of this? Comment below.

Thoughts of an information ju**ie.

Wow this book is so good, let me write this down. Let me check this website. Wow the information is so good, let me write this down. What other information do I need to know, ah let me read this, it will fill in the gaps that the other info did not cover. Let me check this website, it can be the missing piece that I need.

Maybe I will go to this seminar, if I just connect with like minded people then that's all I need. Wow what a buzz. I feel so psyched up, but 3 days later I don't feel what I felt. What info do I need to keep that feeling. To fill in the gaps, so I can go forward with what I want to do, so it will be clear sailing for me. To avoid the obstacles, remove the unknown fog from the journey, and be able to be absolved from any future advertises.

Magical thinking indeed, our minds is always playing tricks on us, telling us that we are not fully ready, so we need to prepare to be more ready. Then a year passes by and you are still trying to get ready to be ready.

You see our mind wants to keep us in safety, in the same environment that we have been in. Because after all, in the mind's eye, there can be no higher priority then being safe and surviving, just like it was for the caveman 100000 years ago, where a change of environment could be a mortal threat to their life.

So we stay safe and stuck, and our mind comes up with more reasons to stay where we are at, be it excuses, or finding more complex reasons why you can't get started in the first place. Its a loop of never ending sameness.

Then there is another part of us, that is like a child. That we just want to have fun and not deal with any untidiness that life brings us. We plot to find ways to not have to deal with things we rather not deal with, such as reading all the information we can so we don't have to deal with any untidiness in any new venture.

We want to get to that magical place that other successful people seem to have, where they have it made, their life is carefree, they don't deal with any untidiness, or any adversity, because somehow they have the right info, that they just know something that we don't. That they have reached the point that they are absolved of any future work and it's clear sailing ahead.

So we keep looking for that key piece of info to complete the puzzle, to figure out the exact right direction to go through the fog before actually rowing the boat.

To sacrifice our time and effort so that we can reach that point of nirvana where we have it all figured out and we won't have to deal with any of it anymore.

This thought process, is our mind keeping us stuck for the benefit of our survival. There is no such thing as being absolved of any future work. There is no such thing as finally making it. There is no such thing as being able to see the entire path, unless you start walking down the path. There is no such thing, as that missing piece of info that will finally be the key.

When we get past our fantasies, and our delusions, that just one more piece of info will give us clear sailing for the rest of our lives. Then we can actually get to work and realize that only by taking action can we go forward. That our experiences learning in the real world is the actual missing piece, that the only way to see past the fog is to row your boat into the fog.

So do yourself a favor, before you read another piece of information to get ready to be ready, ask yourself, what is the most valuable commodity do we have? If you come up with the answer that its "your time" then you are correct. How much time have you wasted trying to be fully ready, instead of just being ready enough? Is it not time to simply go forward with what you have?

I Remember You Dan.

So a few years back when I made my second trip to Las Vegas, I did what any good self respecting person would do when visiting the town. I went to my local CVS to pick up a bottle of discount liquor, just in case I couldn't find anymore around the town...

So anyway I go in the store and survey the selections of their finest cheapest liquor, and find the one that I am looking for. Unfortunately when I tried to get it, it was locked behind the cabinet and so I needed an employee to open it up for me.

I had to wait a couple of minutes and I was getting annoyed, I mean after all I had to get hammered, and stagger around the town in an alcoholic haze, and time waits for no man, not even me.

Finally the employee shows up and greets me with a hearty hello and gets the liquor out of the cabinet for me. Now this man had to be in his mid seventies, and I thought to myself, geez, if I'm working in a CVS in my mid 70 in Las Vegas unlocking cheap liquor for people, then something has gone seriously wrong in my life.

But this man exuded the energy of someone who was happy and excited to helping me out, and had an unseen energy around him. As he was walking me to the cashier and toward the front windows of the store, he said in awe and wonder "Look at that Sunset it's Fantastic" I just nodded my head and I never saw him again.

You see the reason this person has a fixed spot in my mind, is that I realized upon reflection, that we are always defining our happiness based on the material things we get, the recognition from others, rising up in our career and so on, but that basing our happiness on these things is often a recipe for unhappiness, for sometimes we can not control the things and events that happen outside of us.

Now I don't know Dan's Life story, I don't know why he was working in a CVS in his mid 70's. But I do know one thing about Dan and that is, that he has won the game of life, because Dan understands that true happiness only comes from within you, and you decide what things truly make you happy, like a beautiful sunset on a random Thursday Evening in Las Vegas.

In fact I think a great indicator in measuring our happiness in life, is being able to appreciate the small things and not the big flashy things that we are often brainwashed to think.

So Dan I will always remember you. In a time in my life where I was searching for temporary happiness by drugging myself with alcohol, you taught me, to be truly free, you only need to look inside yourself, and realize that the key to happiness is always within you.

The Lies, We Tell Ourselves, about why we don't have energy.

Seize the day! Hustle like its no ones business. You have to want it! Grind Grind Grind! You only live once!

Yes I think we have all heard this before, regurgitated time and time again, by all those in the self help, peak performance industry. Then you see some people with the energy and industry that you wish you had, moving along like active energizer rabbits, in their pursuit of what they want, and you think of one or two things. Damn these people with their boundless energy, they are so lucky to win the genetic lottery and also so damn annoying to me. Two, why the hell can't I feel that same kind of energy and vitality in myself?

Then in the generic self help industry, they will give you suggestions to find more energy in yourself. Find your deep WHY. You need to sleep more, exercise more, eat better and so on.

Now don't get me wrong, this is all good foundational advice. You do need to sleep well or you are a zombie. You do need to exercise, because doing so gives you like a 12 hour Prozac for the day, and eating better is like putting premium gasoline in the car versus diesel but....... even people doing these things, will often still feel like that they don't have the energy they want and still feel so overwhelmed and tired.

So, I want to give you a new thought process and concept of what energy is, and the deeper reason that you don't have it.

First energy is not a fixed trait. Some people believe that some people won the genetic lottery when it came to energy, and that unfortunately for you, you didn't, which means you simply need to conserve the limited amount of energy that you have, to just survive and get through the day.

This is an insidious belief, because if you believe you only have a limited amount of energy, then your future vision of what your life will be, will be just as limited, and no book, course, and seminar is going to change that until we change this belief, because for those who are most successful in life, believe it or not, the biggest indicator of success, is their energy level.

Why do you have limited energy then, if it is not in fact a fixed item of your existence? The answer is, because at some level that you are either aware of or not, you have withdrawn from life and the world.

Think about it? Did you always have a complete lack of energy, ever since you were a child, or was there some point, where you just noticed that your energy and vitality was not what it use to be? Did a life event happen to you, where like a switch, things changed, and you wondered what happened to that person I use to know?

The thing with energy is, the amount you have is based on your relationship and engagement with the world at large. The more you engage with the world, the more energy you create and the more you withdraw from the world the less energy you have. So you can see that a vicious cycle gets created.

Whats even worse, there is a part of you who feeds off this despair, like a cancer, and it starts to spread throughout all areas of your life. Where once you may have disengaged from being present at events because of not having energy, then this spread to losing connections with your friends, or not engaging with your family as much, or losing interest in hobbies that once interested you.

Then this part of you that you can hear as a voice, tells you, it's OK, you just don't have to energy, you need to take care of yourself. You just got to hang in there and just do what you can do. Your getting older, its normal that you feel this way.

It's like a dark shadow, that continues to spread throughout your existence, coloring your view of things, tainting your live force, affecting your sense of self, your ability to dream of a higher future, missing opportunities to advance, and losing connection to those you care about.

So now that we are aware that energy is not a fixed trait. That it can be created or destroyed by how engaged or disengaged that you are with the world. That your disengagement from the world, likely came from an event or series of events that you may or may not be aware of, and that ones success in life is strongly correlated with the amount of energy we have, then how do I get out of this death spiral of continuous diminished energy, which seems to have an unbreakable grip on me?

Step 1- We understand that energy is not fixed, its based on our engagement and relationship with the world.

Step 2- We are aware of an entity inside ourselves that feeds on our lack of energy and whispers to us that its ok and there is not much that you can do.

Step-3 Separate yourself from this entity and realize that the real you is the one who used to have more energy and had visions of a more dynamic and robust future.

Step 4- Accept that you will always have to spar with this entity inside yourself, that will subtly try to diminish you. Think of it as the opposite of the creative life force that is in you. That you are always doing one of two things, creating and expanding outward, or destroying yourself inwardly

Step 5- Understand that the energy inside of you is not just physical but it is also spiritual, and you will be using this to create the spark inside you to begin reengaging with life and to create a continuous positive energetic feedback loop.

Step 6- To connect with our spiritual energy, we are going to use a tool called the vortex. Now this is tool used by a couple of prominent Psychotherapists whose clients are Hollywood Stars, so you are going to get the same star treatment by using this tool.

Step 7- Close your eyes and visualize 12 suns directly lined up over your head. The Sun represents spiritual energy and the number 12 represents completeness. Call upon this vortex by silently screaming the word help at them. The circle of suns will begin spinning

Step 8- Relax and begin to fill yourself pulled into this vortex, kind of like going up a tornado that will not harm you. As you rise slowly up, you will feel the denseness and heaviness of your exhausted body leave you, and in its place a lightness and energy takes its place.

Step 9- As you rise through the Vortex and the circle of suns, your energy begins to glow and expand outward. This is your life force, and your authentic self manifesting itself.

Step 10- Now looking down at the Vortex and the circle of suns, you feel greatly expansive, like a giant with limitless energy. The density and fatigue has left you, and you are now connected with an energy that is eternal and everlasting that you can use to go forward, when your physical energy does not happen to be with you.

Now this technique with practice should only take 15-20 seconds to do. It allows you to access the real part of you that always wants to create and become expansive, and separates you from the part of you that seeks to destroy within.

Use this tool to begin to reengage with life even when you feel you do not have the energy to do so. If you do, you will create a positive feedback loop that will create even more energy and connection for you, which will serve to move you forward in ways that conventional strategies have not been able to do for you.

Remember you always have the ability to create energy for yourself. The more you commit to reengaging with the world, the more energy you will find. The more energy you have, the more successful you will become. Use the tool to create the spark to reengage.
