Some people came for a screening. π©Ί
Some came for answers. π
And others simply came hoping someone could help. π«
At our first-ever Bridges to Care Community Health Fair, we were reminded that health care starts with human connection. π
From free screenings and insurance assistance to community resources and meaningful conversations, dozens of neighbors, students, faculty and community partners came together with one shared goal: helping people get the care they need.
THANK YOU to everyone who attended, volunteered and partnered with us to make this event possible. Together, weβre building healthier communities β one connection at a time. βοΈ
