Life is a constant battle of up and downs, and we have no control over how they play out in our lives.
The most essential thing is that we figure out how to live in the present and bounce back quickly whenever something negative happens. Avoid becoming rigid and instead allow the current situation guide you.
On the contrary, the other should be reversed. You need to teach yourself how to drive and adjust to the shift you are making in your life.
It doesn't matter if you refer to it as a tragedy or a story; what counts is that you overcame the suffering, gained strength from the experience, discovered a valuable lesson, and moved on with your life. Your life is a success, and you should feel proud of it.
Don't give it the power to hold you captive. You should not give yourself permission to go through life in constant fear.

You will forever remain a victim if you keep living in the same situation without moving forward.
Once you begin the process of healing it does not mean that the discomfort and uncertainty will go away. You are doing nothing more than acknowledging the events transpiring in your immediate environment and permitting yourself to adjust to the resulting shifts.
There is still a presence of terrible experiences. You can feel them, but if you give yourself time to adjust to the circumstances and let things take their natural course, you will become less vulnerable and much more resilient.

Some people have lost sight of their value and, as a result, take themselves for granted, which in turn leads to disappointment in others around them. To succeed, you must realise that you are the first step.
You need to recognise your worth and show it so people don’t try to take advantage of you.
Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not worthy of being respected and appreciated for who you are.
You are amazing, and you are enough! If the majority of people are trying to tell you otherwise, prove them wrong.
Nobody except you knows the struggles you overcame to arrive where you are now. Only you know how much love you can give and receive.

"The healing process is ugly as hell. It's not bubble baths and aromatherapy. It's accountability which brings about guilt. It's getting to the root of your issues which are triggering and intense.
Processing trauma means you had to relive it which isn't easy but so worth it."
Those who have experienced trauma need to be aware of this since they frequently avoid all contact and won't even touch something that resembles the event that traumatized them.
They refer to avoidance as healing. Additionally, it does not make them stronger. They are not improved by it. If they don't adequately deal with their trauma, they may become "whole" again in some way, but until then, they'll still be easily broken.
