My vision with these workshops is to normalize alternative holistic tools and modalities to support your growth, to create a safe space for vulnerable sharing and connection as well as to build a conscious community so we feel less alone in our experience.

Specifically, I feel there is great need for more guidance and direction for our youth. For them to be more connected to their vision, to see the way our conditioning can limit us from dreaming big, and to feel supported and heard as they explore all the dimensions of the mind, body and soul.

𝗪𝗲 𝗥𝗜𝗦𝗘 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿
𝗔𝘀𝗵

I want to share a story about 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗘 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗨𝗟𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗬.

… the shame and guilt I carried with me for most of my life because of an 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

At the age of 40, I experienced my first plant medicine ceremony. 4 nights with Mother Ayahuasca. Before embarking on the journey, I had a pretty clear knowing that the work would be very deep for me. As it is for most people. To be honest, I didn’t even know what would come up. Unlike some people I know, my childhood was pretty great and life had it’s normal challenges.

When I dove into this ceremony, while I was still getting my bearings for the powerful medicine, the first thing I saw was an image in my mind flash quickly. That image came and went so fast I could have ignored it. But I remembered that I was here to face all things and that this could be my way of resisting something that my subconscious was trying to show me. So I took some deep breaths and said, “show me, I’m ready to see whatever this is”.

In a flash I was brought back to when I was about 20 years old… When I chose to have an abortion. In a matter of minutes, I was shown how the guilt and shame associated with the decision had impacted every area of my life.

You see, I had never uttered a word of this to anyone close to me. Other than my boyfriend at the time and another boyfriend, nobody knew I had this experience. I spent most of my life pushing it aside as if it wasn’t a big deal. Telling myself that I was young and doing the best I could at the time. But DEEP DOWN, I felt shame, guilt and deep sadness.

During my ayahuasca journey, I was shown how holding onto and not releasing these deep feelings had directly impacted my personality, my identity, my relationships, my physical health, and in some cases the direction in my life. And with this realization, I cried and mourned the years of pain I'd been holding onto. Deep within my womb, in every cell of my body.

Following this powerful experience of realization and releasing, I began to heal more deeply. It even pushed me to get trained in Pranic Energy Healing to help others remove energetic blocks in the body from trauma.

The day I came back from my trip, I ran into my boyfriend from back then. I hadn’t seen him in probably 5 years. Coincidence, I think not! After seeing him, i was reminded of the deep work I had done related to the abortion we experienced together. I courageously reached out to him to share what I'd been moving through. And in that moment, healing began for him as well. We were able to talk about the experience and share the many ways it had shaped us as individuals.

As I started to challenge myself to utter the words of what had happened to others, I began to heal. I began to forgive myself more deeply. I began to release the shame that had held me captive from being ALL of me. AND through the process of sharing with others, I realized I wasn’t alone in my experience. So many women and men had held deep pain for their part in an abortion in the past.

I believe as we share our truth, others feel comfortable to share theirs. And as we share our stories, we begin to heal automatically. It doesn’t have to be hard, it just needs to be released and in some cases seen and heard by another person.

It is when trauma is left hidden, we suffer the most.

You are not alone in your trauma.

As I talk to and work with people on their journey to become more whole, I hear deep truths that some have never uttered to another soul. I hear things like, “I’m scared to even say this outloud.” I’ve heard people talk about abuse, sexual trauma, molestation, hateful feelings, anger they hold for others and themselves. The list goes on and on.

No matter what has happened or how awful you feel about things, you are LOVED!

Like Mr Rogers said “𝗮𝗻𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲“ But if you hold it in, you are doing yourself more harm than good.

🔅𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗮𝘆 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁? Without judgment. To be that vulnerable and have somebody see you in an unconditionally loving way and then support you as you process through it?🔅

As a Pranic Energy Healer and Intuitive, I connect to the customers healing and manifestation needs and infuse energy and healing into the piece as I create it. The ✨Envisioning from the Heart Workshop✨ last night was magical!

I’m so proud of these 10 souls for SHOWING UP! Even when the day was rough for some, when the drive was long, when life’s been hella challenging, they chose themselves and their future last night!

We sunk into the space with breath and meditation. We journaled and shared what we are celebrating from 2021 and what we envision for our lives as we move forward. We talked about mindset, outlined next steps to keep us moving forward and created vision boards to bring our visions to life! Focusing on the feeling of already having and being everything we are desiring.

One of the most beautiful parts was the vulnerability and connecting during our time together. People sharing very intimate parts of their lives.

When we share openly and vulnerably, it gives others permission to do the same. And as we speak our truth, we realize we aren’t alone in our troubles and successes.

Last night really validated how many crave community and connection in a deeper more authentic way.

Creating spaces for this type of connection is becoming an even bigger focus me. It’s something I feel very passionate about as we move in 2022.

In 2021, I gained my wings. 🤍

When I reflect on the year, there are many pivotal moments, experiences and lessons. Too many to list without writing a novel. ☺️

The biggest change has been WITHIN ME.

I had a moment in April where I felt my wings expand and was shown all the ways I’d been dimming my light. It was the start of the next level of embodiment for me.

Embodiment of Spirit.

In 2021, I trusted deeply, purified extensively, allowed myself to be led into the unknown and acted even when I was scared to death!

I’ve invested more in myself with teachers, mentors and commitment to devotional practices than ever before. That is a direct reflection of how far I’ve come in the last year.

It takes time, dedication and devotion to shift your life.

You have to be driven from a deep place within your soul. You have to get clear on your vision for yourself and how you want to see humanity rise. When your vision is clear, you have a drive that cannot be stopped.

This is what I saw during our ceremony! ☺️ A beautiful recognition that we are not alone. We were divinely guided to meet under the moon and stars, around a fire at the very moment to connect more deeply to ourselves, each other and to Mother Gaia. To honor our journey, our growth and the path ahead. And to shed and release ALL that stands in the way of living our divine essence. 🔥

When I was energetically being pulled away from Portland and landed back in Texas, I wasn’t exactly sure why. I didn’t know what Texas would have for me. But in the last many weeks, I’ve found what is needed at this time. 🤍

To start, I’ll be holding a full moon and eclipse release ceremony in the middle of nature 🌳 with women this coming weekend. 🌕☀️🌑 This will be a time for devotion, sisterhood, connecting to Mother Gaia, to remember the wisdom that is born from our hearts, to authentically and vulnerably relate, and to release ALL that stands in the way of living our true divine power. 👭🏻🧝🏼‍♀️🪄
