Just a reminder that our weekly Bible study of the 12 Minor Prophets wilL NOT meet this week, April 23.

We will resume our study and discussion NEXT WEEK on Thursday, April 30.

We are nearing the end of our study of the Bible's 12 Minor Prophets. We are now focused on the last three books - Haggai, Zechariah, and Malachi. - which were all written for God's people who returned to Jerusalem from exile in Babylon.

All three prophets have significant messages involving the people of God and their new life in their ancestral land. A few of the older ones still remembered how glorious Jerusalem and especially the Temple looked in those days. But what would they do now? Their city and the Temple were both ruined!

Tomorrow, Thursday April 9th, we will continue marching through a study of the Bible's 12 Minor Prophets. The next two books we will cover are Habakkuk and Haggai.

Both prophets have significant messages involving the people of God just prior to the Babylonian invasion of Judah in 585 B.C. AND just after it...VERY different messages!
