Researchers are saying that the days of focusing only on "building bigger barns" are no longer the norm. Instead of focusing on programs, profit only and projects inside their buildings, more and more businesses and churches are now focusing on people outside their building. Also, more and more Christians are beginning to hunger for the values of smaller incarnational communities. Body Life Transformational coaching will help leaders to make timely adjustments as this generations change their paradigms. COMMUNITY TRANSFORMATION
Something synergistic happens when 2 or 3 come together in His name. We embrace unity and brotherhood. We become our brothers keeper like God intended back in the garden of eden with Cain and Abel. Jesus himself, prayed a prayer in John 17:21, "Father I pray that they all might be one...even as you and I are one so that the world might know that thou hast sent me." GLOCAL TRANSFORMATION
Because of the recent racial uprising, one top priority for Hank Byrd Coaching is to open up outer multicultural doors which have been traditionally closed especially in our churches. There is a need to reach out to others even more so, because the world is flat and the opportunities for building multicultural communities should happen in our civic communities and church communities. Sundays should never be the most segregated day of the week. Leading and coaching churches and communities to come out and learn to live among each other no matter the ethnic diversity is God's ideal. Communities that build multiculturally are communities of the now.
