Welcome to the official Brazos for Inquiry and Creativity's page, we are located at 1055 West Tidwell, Houston, Texas 77091.

We provide educational services for Pre-kindergarten - 7th Grade. We strive to meet the individual needs of each student through assessment, individualized educational plans, parental involvement, teacher collaboration and small group instruction. Teacher-student ratios are on the average 10-1. Each campus incorporates extensive use of Technology such as web-based instruction and on-site licenses

Tidwell proudly comes alive in celebration of Black History Month, hosting a vibrant and dynamic showcase that highlights powerful, creative, and truly exceptional student work.

Our school’s Annual Black History Exhibit was a vibrant celebration of talent, unity, and creativity. The exhibit began with an inspiring welcome speech from the principal, followed by a colorful parade showcasing the critical inventions, inspirational stories, musical performers, and leadership of many African Americans of yesteryear.

Students, teachers, and parents worked together seamlessly, creating an atmosphere of joy and togetherness. It was wonderful seeing the positive expressions on all the students, state guests, and students as they moved about the auditorium looking at each student's project.

The day concluded with awards being presented to 1st–3rd-place project winners and the exhibit, recognizing outstanding speeches by several of our sixth-grade students. Overall, the exhibit was a resounding success, leaving everyone with cherished memories and a renewed sense of school spirit.
