These are my fall garden greens growing strong. I managed to rescue them from the last freeze. Nothing like all you can eat organic salad garden in your backyard.
Buck choy, spinach, mustard greens, carrot greens, Romain lettuce, and mesclun greens.

Had a successful garden last year🙌, can’t wait for what this year has for us .

Authentic Moussaka anyone?, It’s a popular Greek dish. This is the vegetarian version instead of beef I did use mushrooms. It’s referred as Greek Lasagna. Layers of roasted potatoes, eggplants, meat or mushrooms with tomato sauce and finished with a genuine layer of Béchamel. Every layer is well garnished with herbs and parmesan cheese. I’ve been wanting to introduce Moussaka since it is a delicious way to utilize and consume more vegetables, often zucchini is added ( not in the authentic recipe). For sure I’ll have vegetarian and non vegetarian versions in my menu. It’s comforting; my friends and family loved it😍
