Tip # 3
Be physically 'fit' & well-rested before the exam. Yep! That will play a major role toward your success on the exam. Exams, like PMI's PMP(R) for instance, is a four hours long exam (200 questions) and you're on the seat for that long with less than one minute and twenty seconds per question.
As the time passes on the exam, the blood circulation gets affected due to the long sitting. And despite your confidence that you know the subject, your response time gets slower & slower as the brain and body become numb.
So dress up in your comfortable dress & a relaxed footwear. Plan to get up from your seat during the exam for 2 to 4 seconds every 30 minutes, stretch your arms real quick to stimulate blood circulation and get back on your seat.
Staying focused for straight that many hours requires a healthy, fit and active body.
