At the 2023 NCSBN Midyear Meeting, Chief Operating Officer Phil Dickison spoke about the April 1 launch of the Next Generation NCLEX. "The amount of research that is taking place on clinical judgment in the nursing literature has gone up 100-fold. It's changed the entire way the education programs are now talking about and teaching and thinking about the importance of clinical judgment inside that early education of the nurse, from day one all the way through. On the final day of the 2023 NCSBN Midyear Meeting, William England, Senior Advisor, Office for the Advancement of Telehealth Health Resources & Services Administration, gave a presentation on Telehealth, followed by a panel discussion by an international group of legislators on the subject.
