Summer Workout Schedule starts today!

Things you need to know:
1. Summer workouts go from June 3rd up until June 20th except for District H workouts which go through to the end of the month!
2. Make sure to sign up for class through the app to ensure a spot for you!
3. Show up on time so you don’t miss the warmup
4. Make sure you bring water and you properly hydrate before and after the workouts (especially at the District H workouts because there is no AC)

We’ve all been there, tired all day but the second the head hits the pillow you are wide awake for hours. The cycle of sleep deprivation begins. Your body knows how to operate at minimum energy so you can handle it, masking the symptoms with excessive caffeine intake, only to make you feel more depleted.

You do this Monday thru Friday, thinking you can just catch up on the weekend. Only to put you right back where you were on Monday. You may be surviving at a minimum but you should be flourishing at your max!

You’re too tired to exercise.
Your body only craves sugar.
Your digestion stops working at a premium and now you feel like a slug after every meal.

If you’re not sleeping then your health will suffer. It’s as simple as that.

What’s not simple is not everyone has poor sleep for the same reasons.

Dehydration is no joke ya’ll! But drinking ounces upon ounces of water can sometimes feel like a chore. Try adding more water rich fruits and veggies into your diet, incorporate decaf herbal tea or sparkling water, and boost your water intake with an electrolyte (I love Liquid IV).

Did you know all of our workouts are designed for all-levels of fitness?

Let’s say you’ve never exercised or it’s been a while since your last workout, but you want to start our free on-campus workouts, what’s the first step you should take?

Simplest answer is to just show up! We encourage you to get to class early or reach out over Teams and talk with your coach, let them know where you’re at! Then your coach can be prepared to modify the workout to fit your needs!

At Kinetic, sustainability is about finding the right tools for our clients to use to in order to build healthy lifestyle habits that are long lasting.

Remember this: physical activity, exercise, eating healthy, and mindfulness take a lifetime to master. Even though you may have short term goals like weight loss that doesn’t mean you should stop once the goal is met. We need these healthy habits in order to live out our lives pain free and disease free. That’s the real goal right?
