The next two weeks on Friday night the ladies Retreat class is hosting 2 nights of volleyball in our gym 630 pm at Sbc. Co-ed. Singles only.

Next Tuesday 22nd at SPRING BAPTIST Church at 633 E. Louetta in our student building, we are hosting the TEBA senior adult music rally at 10 AM. Everyone is welcome to come enjoy some great southern gospel music from area church choirs, ensembles, and soloists!  And our very own Singing Hearts and our men’s ensemble from singing hearts will be sharing in song as well! All free, everyone welcome to enjoy great music and fellowship! We will wrap up around 12:15 but come and go as you need! Spread the word …invite your friends and neighbors!

I’m starting a new bible study this wed. night 630-8 pm in A110 at SBC. Hope for the Hurting by Tony Evan’s…open to anyone and everyone! Workbooks are just $10. Only a 6 wk study so starting lesson 1 right off the bat, finishing before VBS and other summer activities! Free childcare for littles and regular church activities for kids and youth as needed. Here’s what Dr Evan’s writes….
“ The challenges of life can leave us lost and drowning in their wake, but Jesus said “in this world, we will have tribulation…”. He did not say we might have troubles and difficulties, but we will. In this Bible study, Dr. Tony Evans offer spiritual principles for facing such pain and hurt with a biblical perspective, trusting that love and happiness are on the other side.” We will watch a video each week and share. Last night we enjoyed a Christmas party fellowship, great good, fun games! I was so busy I forgot to take pics through out our evening activities, but got just a few at the very end…bummer! Fun evening!

Sunday we did an Operation Christmas box packing party with pizza to fuel us! Fun afternoon and a blessing to put together so many boxes for kids!

A new session of Divorce Care has begun. Weds. 6:30 in A110. No DC4K nor The Journey for teens this session. Will have again in Jan.'24 session. Share to those who may need this type of support.

Hi folks - I hope all of you are doing ok in this rediculous heat!! Just a reminder we started a Bible study and are going through the book "Life On Loan" currently. We will be going over chapter three tomorrow night, 29th. A110, 6:45-8:15. Bring a snack if you'd like to share something to snack on but not necessary. You can pick up a used book on Amazon for $5-7. I'm out of the ones I purchased to start us. We'd love to have you join us. It's a great review on our purpose, being intentional, thinking about 'my story' and much more. Join us!
