ars teaching in, leading with, and learning from some of Texas' most marginalized communities. As a first-generation college student herself, Nikki has both a visceral and practical understanding of the transformative power of high-quality education. Her experience as a teacher, college counselor, assistant principal, curriculum writer and grant manager have provided her with a well-rounded approach that always centers students, families, and educators. While KelleyEd Consulting was originally conceived as an educational consultancy that would work at a systemic level, Nikki has chosen to shift focus to direct academic and advising support for K-12 families who are entering the 2021-2022 school year with even less certainty than before. While the circumstances are less than ideal, Nikki is excited to bring her academic and post-secondary advising expertise to US families through KelleyEd Learning.
