Fair Housing for Realtors important information: I have had several agents contact me about the fair housing requirement for NAR. It was originally represented to me that Legal Update 1 met that requirement. Here's the official response from Texas Realtors;
Rob, good morning.
I apologize for the delayed response. Yes, for the current cycle, Cycle 8, Legal I does satisfy the NAR Fair Housing requirement.
