💥Weighted ‘T’ jump. Holy moly! After about 30 seconds you will wish you picked up a lighter weight. 😂
Land soft and let your muscles absorb the impact, not your joints. Keep your chest proud and let the weight rest in your hands.
MOVE OF THE DAY:
💥Squat jump/down down up up/frog combo.
This is a triple combo drill that works ALL the muscles without equipment!
MOVE OF THE DAY:
💥Beast rows and shoulder press combo. Try to keep your hips square to the ground when your row and focus on controlled range of motion for the press.
MOVE OF THE DAY:
💥Staggered double pulse hop. Killer isolation work, cardio and lower body strength all wrapped up in one drill!
If you don’t have a bench/risers, use a step stool or find something around the house.
1 minute on each side. See how many rounds you can complete until you cry. 😂

A Bosu Ball is AMAZING for creating instability and focusing on balance and strength.

*Front lunge releve to reverse lunge releve.
Great lower body work, balance and control. Make sure you do both sides!

I get it. Eating vegetables isn’t always easy or fun. BUT, if you set yourself up for success, you will be successful.
I roast a large tray of assorted veggies each week. I try and make my lunch and dinner plate 1/2 vegetables.
Roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

I am such a sucker for core work and this move delivers. 🥳🥳
