A Blessed Memorial Day and Prayers

😇🙏Today marks the 106th anniversary of the birth of St. John Paul II, born as Karol Józef Wojtyła on May 18, 1920, in Wadowice, Poland. To commemorate the day, Polish leadership, including President Karol Nawrocki with First Lady, Marta Nawrocka, visited the Vatican to pray and lay flowers 💐 at his tomb:

SJPII Institute's director, Dr. John Corrigan, has proudly accompanied all graduates who participated in Baccalaureate Mass at Catholic Charismatic Center on Saturday, May 9th and Commencement on Sunday May 10th at NRG Arena.

"Pope John Paul II was greeting the faithful before the weekly General Audience from an open white jeep when shots were fired at close range on May 13, 1981. The Pope was seriously wounded and immediately transported to Rome’s Gemelli Hospital(...)."

📆Today, May 13th, 2026 we mark as 45th anniversary of the assassination attempt on John Paul II🙏🏼😇
